What happens if I buy a ticket and can't make it to the event?

If you purchase a ticket to an event, and are unable to attend, you have options: You can gift the ticket or you can contact us and we will offer a credit to be applied to a future event.

How do I get a copy of a professor/speaker's presentation?

You are welcome to retrieve that information directly from the professor/speaker.  The Great Lectures video each lecture series and offers it for sale.

How do I receive my tickets?

Your ticket(s) and your receipt will be emailed to you upon the completion of your transaction.

Once a transaction has processed, you will be automatically directed to a page that gives you the option to enter the names and email addresses of the attendee(s) that you purchased tickets for.

How can I give my feedback after an event?

A survey will be sent to all attendees after completion of each event. Feedback on each professor as well as your overall experience can be given there.

Surveys are anonymous, allowing you the freedom to reply honestly. Should you require a response, place your contact information on the survey form.

How can I learn about future events?

It’s as easy as clicking on “Join Our Email List”.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday – Friday 10a – 4p EST.
